What I’ve found is that you need to try different ones.


I went to Target (had a gift card) and tried the most expensive one they had. Not great. Tried a couple more till I found one that worked well. It was about $29.

If you do some research you’ll find there aren’t many that get 5 star reviews. Probably too many variables.

So I suggest finding one locally (so you can take it back if necessary) and see what works best for you.

More $$ doesn’t necessarily mean better quality when it comes to antennas.
